EMU-7000 is a three phase four wire modular concentrator for metering AMI system, which is used to network the industrial, commercial and residential metering system. It supports varieties communication mediums for remote management meter data with hot swappable communication module such as WIFI/GPRS/3G/4G/WAN for uplink communication and PLC/RS485/MBUS/RF for downlink communication.
It has the powerful networking function to connect meters and HES platform. EMU-7000 can automatically scan all meters under its downlink network range and register them into his routing table at any time.
This networking supports automatic repeat and routing algorithm for maximum 1000 meters distance. It can manage more than 1000 meters' data and communication. After the first successful networking, EMU-7000 can transfer all HES commands to meters and receive meter response commands and data to HES. EMU-7000 also supports to recognize meter joining in or breaking away from its network automatically.
